The answer is S61.411A, X99.1xxA

RATIONALE: The Alphabetic Index main term is Laceration, subterms hand, right, resulting in code S61.411 with a seventh character of "A" for initial encounter.

The Alphabetic Index to External Causes main term is Assault, subterms cutting or piercing instrument, knife resulting in code X99.1 with a seventh character of "A" for initial encounter.
