The correct answer is O32.1xx1, O30.003

Rationale: The Alphabetic Index main term is pregnancy, subterms complicated by, breech presentation, resulting in code O32.1. In the Tabular List is an instructional note that a seventh character is to be assigned to each code under category O32. Seventh characters 1 through 9 are for cases of multiple gestations to identify the fetus for which the code applies. Additionally, the appropriate code from category O30 must be assigned when assigning a code from category O32 that has a seventh character of 1 through 9. In this instance, the fetus with a breech presentation is fetus 1 resulting in a seventh character of 1 resulting in the assignment of O32.1xx1. The correct code from category O30 is O30.003 for twin gestation in the third trimester.
