Further Work-up

Postby Shoshana » Mon Jan 08, 2018 8:05 pm

I have a Psychiatrist seeing a patient as a consultation. He states at the end of the assessment he wants to transfer the patient to a Psych bed when medically cleared. Would this be considered a problem with further work-up? I feel it would, but wanted to know how others see this.

This would represent additional work on the part of the provider.
