OTC drug given as Rx

If a provider gives a patient a prescription for an OTC drug, do you count that as a moderate risk in the table of risk? This is an ongoing issue.

I don't know about anybody else and would be interested to hear, but I don't give credit for OTC drugs.

I do not give credit either, but I have several coders that are disagreeing and say that they would give them the moderate risk credit. I totally disagree.
