Does anyone know how I can request or download a report from CMS that identifies the most current information they have on specialty billing> I have a seen a 2010 report with this information, but wanted a more updated version if possible. I would also love to drill it down to specialists in Florida.
I know how to request individual physician specific reports, but I was looking at a more generalized specialty report.
