Hi I would like some assistance with the coding of 70450 with 70496 on the same day. I reviewed the CCI manual and I need some help understanding what is meant by 2 separate and distinct technical studies one for the CT and 1 for the CTA does this mean 2 separate rad reports? How do you verify 2 separate technical studies were performed?
