Would you allow "atrial fibrillation" as location under HPI?

Your question has been answered by NAMAS team member Betty Stump:

Atrial fibrillation as an HPI element of location – the answer will depend largely on exactly how the documentation is stated but, in general yes, it does denote a specific location for a cardiac arrhythmia. There can be ventricular fibrillation or other distinct cardiac arrhythmias rising from other specific locations of the heart and this would be acceptable as a location if documented as such.
